The International Sunflower festival baby Contest will be held on Saturday, September
4th during
the festival at the main stage area in downtown Frankfort. The age groups
for both girls and
boys are as follows:0-6 months 7-12 months 13-18 months
19-24 months 25-35 months 3 years
Applications will be accepted up to and including
the day of the festival.
